Can I take super b complex, magnesium, fish, flax, and borage oil, and wormwood black walnut together?? Thanks
Taking super b complex, magnesium, fish, flax, borage oil and wormwood black walnut may produce loose stools. The Magnesium fish, flax and borage oil have a laxative effect.
While you can take them all at once you might be better to take the super b and wormwood black walnut in the morning and the laxative ones at beditme. Be cautious

Do herbal parasite cleanses work to get rid of intestinal worms? Herbs include Black Walnut Hull, Wormwood, Cloves, etc
Herbal treatments: The only treatments I know of for intestinal worms are medicines as they have to selectively kill the worms and not hurt you. How do you know you have intestinal worms? ...Read more
Maybe: Black walnut has been used for that, but it's never been scientifically tested to see if it actually works. It's also known to cause stomach upset and diarrhea, and due to the high tannin content found in black walnut, may cause liver or kidney damage and may result in some types of oral, nasal, or esophageal cancers. Don't risk yourself to get rid of a worm. See a doctor for something safer. ...Read more

I found out today I was allergic to black walnut tree. What are the some precautions for walnut oil?
Tree pollen vs nuts: Black walnut tree allergy tests show that you are allergic to the pollen the tree produces. The oil from walnuts is presumably made from the fruit of the tree, which is the walnut itself. The pollen is only the male sperm used to fertilize the female part of the tree to make the nut, so they are not normally related, in the clinical allergy sense. You can be tested for the oil if you like. ...Read more
