Currently having a lengthy hypoglycemia attack; payday and protein bar 45 minutes ago.Now eating beef.Anxiety symptoms still.There. Help?!

Sounds like a panic: Attack or Klonopin (clonazepam) withdrawal. If I am correct and it is a panic attack which i'm assuming it is because your blood sugar should've normalized by now. I believe you posted this originally four hours ago. The duration would make me think of either Klonopin (clonazepam) withdrawal or status panic which is where you have prolonged panic. Either way you should contact your doctor and ask specifically how much Klonopin (clonazepam) you should take to get the symptoms under control. Not knowing your dose or if you missed a dose makes it impossible to give you any more detailed advice. ...Read more

You're right, if he : has Endplate AChE Deficiency, CMS 5, an AR disorder from a mutant COLQ gene on Chr. 3p25.1. From www.omim.org/entry/603034, "patients had absence of AChE from the NMJ, which explained the lack of clinical benefit from AChE inhibitors." The ACHE gene on Chr. 7q22.1's hyper-reactivity to AChE Inhibitors is on omim.org/entry/100740. Or, on OMIM. org, search AChE Deficiency & AChE Excess. ...Read more

Feeling very fatigue physically sick and mentally drain i'm not sick like flu cold or anything but physical activity makes me more fatigue what's wron

Re-evaluate: Look at the basics: getting 7 1/2 to 8 hours sleep, eating 6 equal healthy meals with 6 fresh vegetables and 1 fruit a day at least, getting frequent short burst of exercise through the day (pretend jump roping), .Do you look pale? Is your iron level sufficient? Are you getting enough vit d from sunshine? Are you well hydrated? If these are not the problem see a physician for a thorough check up. ...Read more

Went 3 days with serotonin syndrome before quitting. Only mild symptoms like nausea, loss of appetite, muscle pain, fatigue. Risk of being permanent?

Went 3 days with serotonin syndrome before quitting. Only mild symptoms like nausea, loss of appetite, muscle pain, fatigue. Risk of being permanent?

Close to no chance: The effects usually pass in a day - certainly a few days. But do talk w/ the Dr(s) involved in the situation. The one(s) who prescribed the medication(s) and directed you to stop. They need to know to be responsible to you for getting the best treatment. Hang in there - you'll be ok. Best! ...Read more

What adrenal issues cause shortness of breath, severe stress intolerance, weak immunity, exercise intolerance? Gp wants me 2 c specialist for adrenals.

Low adrenal function: You have symptoms of low adrenal function. The medical profession recognizes addison's disease, an extreme form of low adrenal function. However, only 1 in 10, 000 people have severe enough adrenal problems to qualify for addison's, but millions have lesser yet significant degrees of poor adrenal function. See http://www.Adrenalfatigue.Org/ and the book adrenal fatigue by dr. James wilson. ...Read more

Different: You need to talk to a chest doctor to find out what can be done about your chest muscles. If the pectus contributes to the breathing problem, it can be corrected with surgery. In anaphylaxis the problem would be at the throat usually associated with skin involvement (flushing itching, hives etc) at the same time). Either you survive or die from it within minutes to hours- not a persistent issue. ...Read more

My daughter has inherited waardenburg syndrome form me. She has weak shoulder muscle control and weak grip strength. Could they be related?

My daughter has inherited waardenburg syndrome form me. She has weak shoulder muscle control and weak grip strength. Could they be related?

Possibly: Some patients with that syndrome can have issues related to the shoulders and the spine but is pretty rare. A thorough physical exam and evaluation by physical and occupational therapist can help isolate the source of the problem and direct referrals from there. A specialist such as a neurologist may be involved in the process also. ...Read more

Get frequent bouts of fatigue that impact life. My doc is baffled &questioned if I'm depressed. Have POTS syndrome. My Vit D is low. I exercise daily?

Underlying causes: I believe that POTS is a set of symptoms which can potentially explained by a underlying cause. I would recommend you look for a cause by working with your doctors and address the cause before you say that you have depression. The one key question to ask about a person with depression is their level of interests towards their favorite activities. It will be concerning if they lose that ability. ...Read more

Gi workup=no ibd/celiac. Pain, bloody stool, fevers persist. Fingers clubbing. Bipolar ii; 2 yr sober; mentally doing great, but could physical problems be somatiform disorder? Sick of feeling sick.

Gi workup=no ibd/celiac. Pain, bloody stool, fevers persist. Fingers clubbing. Bipolar ii; 2 yr sober; mentally doing great, but could physical problems be somatiform disorder? Sick of feeling sick.

Unlikely but...: Possibly, but just because your docs haven't found the cause does not mean it's all in your head. It's not unusual for docs to have difficulty finding the cause of GI problems. You may well have food sensitivities (most with gluten sensitivity don't have celiac) ;/or parasites- common ; not easy to diagnose. You might have overgrowth of unfriendly flora- again hard to diagnose. See my comment:. ...Read more

30mins after eating my gut sounds noisy.Suffering from fatigue&weight loss.Colonoscopy clear, worried about smallcell lung cancer secrting hormones?

Unlikey: Small cell lung cancer is not subtle. This would be way down on my list of possibilities, along with other paraneoplastic GI syndromes. With fatigue, weight loss, and a rumbling gut, I'd check you for malabsorption / maldigestion, gluten enteropathy, maybe Whipple's, Crohn's, giardiasis, pancreatic insufficiency from tumor / adult onset cystic fibrosis, a few others. ...Read more

Listen to your body: A high ck is a sign of rhabdomyolysis, sometimes to alcohol or dehydration. See a physician who will check for nutrient deficiencies like zinc, toxic exposures, or genetic defects. Rest, eat 6 equal healthy meals with a good carb source at each meal like quinoa or spelt which are both anti-inflammatory, breathe and relax, just walk to improve circulation, and get a good night sleep. ...Read more
