I'm keeping track of food via app. If shows food % protein, carbs, & fat how do I know if food has good fat, or bad or a good carb etc.??

What are examples of some good/bad fats and carbs? Please list as much as possible because sometimes if i see something high in fat, ill think its bad
Good=plant/fish fat: Good carbs are whole grains. Bad carbs are refined carbs ("white" sugar, bread, rice, and the darth vader evil high fructose corn syrup). Good fat comes from fish and plants (olive oil, avocado, nuts for example). Bad fat are saturated trans fat (fake fat) and animal fat like beef. Carbs r same as milk: Greek yougurt is made with sheeps milk or in us with cows milk and has the same carbohydrate as in milk, the sugar carb is lactose less than regular yougurt as it is strained and some lactose is lost and rest is protein and fat.So the carbs are not bad but if no sugar(sucrose) is added to as it will add to the calories.It can be tolerated by lactose intolerant people due to low lactose content. ...Read more
