This happens when there is damage to an artery or vein from trauma, an injury to the spleen, a ruptured aneurysm, or erosion into an artery or vein from cancer or gastric ulcer. Internal bleeding is a medical emergency ...Read more
Shoulder muscle weakness, popping/snapping sound in joint, shoulder pain, shoulder dropped lower than other, pain lifting & moving. What's wrong?
Commonly seen: In laparoscopic surgery, the abdomen is inflated with carbon dioxide (CO2) gas to make a "cave" that the surgeon can see/work in. At the end of the case, the CO2 gas is removed, but invariably, some remains beneath the diaphragms. The "pain" nerves of the shoulder are the same as the diaphragm. Therefore, patients often complain of shoulder pain after laparoscopic surgery. ...Read more

Probably not: If, by "stomach cramping", you are referring to the upper part of your stomach, then if you are having simultaneous shoulder pain which is NON-positional (does not hurt more in the shoulder when you move your arm), then this implies that something may be irritating your diaphragm.
