Time and patience.: It sounds as though the hair was traumatically removed with the scab. Since you did not have issues prior the scab, it will simply take time and patience to see the hair regrow. Hair loss: You answered that you have allopecia? If this is the case this is an autoimmune dz where your body sees the hair follicles as foreign and attacks them which makes the hair fall out.
