If you're not a yogurt fan, there is sour cream, (raw) sauerkraut, kimchi, and kombucha. With cipro, (ciprofloxacin) the major side-effects are nausea, diarrhea, weakness of tendons, and dizziness. Probiotic won't help: Probiotics are designed to replace BACTERIA that might be knocked out by a course of antibiotics. Diflucan (fluconazole) is an ANTIFUNGAL, so it's a totally different ball game.
