I have loose my weight greatly. Should i start to lift heavy weight as I am still little fatty or just wait to untill completely zero in my fat.

Cardio exercise: Doing cardio is a great way to lose weight and you do not have to lift weights in order to lose weight. In fact, lifting weights generally builds muscle and that can actually add some weight. However, this isn't necessarily bad because you are replacing fat with muscle. Lifting weights can help tone your arms and legs as well which can help you look better. For pure weight loss, cario is fine. ...Read more

Yes, but... : No pun intended. It may make more sense to complete your weight loss prior to your buttocks lift, especially if weight will be lost from the buttocks. It would be disappointing to get a nice result from a buttocks lift, and then have loose sagging skin from further weight loss. I cannot make specific recommendations without seeing you. Consider a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon. ...Read more

Doesn't matter: Your should limit calorie intake to 1200-1500/ day, stay hydrated, take a multivitamin, and do any exercise for at least 30' for at least 5 days per week. When in your target weight range, increase calories by 300 per say until weight is stable. Weigh yourself monthly, not daily or weekly. See a general surgeon for a consultation about your hernia to find out more about that. Good luck! ...Read more

So stretch marks mean I will have loose skin if I choose to lose weight? I'm 215 lbs, 18 years old and 5'7. How many pounds overweight am I as well?

Stop thinking and...: ...start losing. The average 67-inch 18-year-old woman weighs about 140 pounds. Estimate it by using 105 pounds for a 60-inch (5-foot) woman, and add 5 pounds for every extra inch in height (105+35=140). Take the next 2 years to lose 2 lbs per month, by eating LESS. Exercise is good too. Avoid sugar. Avoid simple carbs. No sugared drinks. Eat LESS. Two pounds a month for 2 years is 48 lbs of loss. ...Read more
