MAY NOT BE RELATED: Most likely it is not related directly it could be inflamed vein where they placed the needle, it could be a clot if they place a central line for your blood transfusion
if there is no swelling in the arm most likely it is not clot
transfusion reaction does not wait that long so it is not the blood
