Does GNC pro performance amp ripped vitapak program contain any steroids in them ? I'm a carrier of hepatitis b and heard that I should avoid steroids

Not supposed to!: Steroids of any sort are supposed to be prescription only. Dietary supplements are not supposed to contain prescription medications, however, they are manufactured w/o 3rd party oversight and have been known to be contaminated by Anabolic steroids to achieve the promised/advertised effect. Oral Anabolic steroids are of concern to the liver but corticosteroids much less so. Talk to your family doc. ...Read more

I had the hepatitis and typhoid shots in 2009 before going overseas. Do I have to get another shot before I go to cambodia again?

Maybe not, but . . .: Travelers to asia can be vaccinated against diseases such as hep a, hep b, and typhoid, before traveling. A typhoid vaccine injection may be wearing off after 3 yrs (the oral typhoid vaccine is said to last about 5 yrs). If a traveler is a routine, short-term tourist, he doesn't have to check his hep a&b antibodies. If he is staying long-term or at high risk, he can get antibodies checked first. ...Read more
