Hello : Hello mother of a 17 year old. I find that it is sometimes hard for me to get my children to eat the foods that i prepare. I commend you that you make your son hot breakfasts in the morning- a lot of kids just get a box of cereal handed to them with milk. The one thing i didn't see listed was vegetables. The fiber, vitamins and enzymes from fresh vegetables is very important. The eggs and ham can contribute to cholesterol. I recommend that you look up the food pyramid on line (it has changed a lot in the last decade). Use this to help pla out balanced and nutritious food. Take care. ...Read more
