Cut back coffee: Try cutting back your coffee as much as possible. Substitute decaf if it's easier not to give up coffee altogether. If your anxiety lessens, you know coffee is a factor in your anxiety. Yes, hard to quit coffee so take it slowly maybe 1/2 cup less every week or two.
