Depends: Toddlers tend to trip a lot, especially as they are beginning to walk and run. Any uneven surface presents a challenge to them. Tripping at these times is not concerning. However if your child begins to trip more often than usual or during activities that they used to do without trouble see your doctor for an evaluation. By 1 yr they should say words with intent (mama=mom etc).By 2 yrs they should be able to say two word sentences and use some pronouns (my car, you go, etc). Should be seen: But probably can't do much in emergency room. Most physicians don't have training or equipment to deal w dental emergencies. Need to make sure no broken tooth root fragments left behind, no bone fracture, and no damage or displacement of underlying permanent tooth.
