Hdl: Exercise, weight loss, smoking cessation, and substitution of monounsaturated for saturated fatty acids all can raise hdl-cholesterol. Medication to raise HDL alone is generally not recommended but in high risk gp, nicotinic acid ( vitamin b 3 as a supplement if you like to use ) can be given or Gemfibrozil ( especially people with high triglycerides too). ...Read more

If you want it: take it , Co-Enyme Q10 supposed to be an energy booster , no scientific proof of its deficiency ,you may get its benefits but more than you the one who promotes and sells get more than you, you have serious metabolic problems , hypothyroidism , elevated lipids , and diabetes you must take care of these problems follow your doctor's advise , more important for you than Co- Q10 Good Luck ...Read more
