Galactorrhea: At age 50 pregnancy is usually not much of a concern, but I would check a pregnancy test. It could be a growth on your pituitary gland causing all of this. However, again at age 50 I would see your GYN for an evaluation of symptoms and to confirm your breast discharge is galactorrhea. Yes and no: It's normal that one of your breast is bigger than the other but not if you notice a growth. Also if you are having some leakage and you arw sure you are not pregnant then it could be some medications, also a condition called galactorrhea which is an imbalance of hormones, or even contraceptive medications.
