Avoid conditioners : You should try using a botanical shampoo ; that is a shampoo that has no chemicals in it. Do not use a hair conditioning solution afterward. Rinse your hair thoroughly afterward and then at the end rinse with cold water. Towel dry your hair as much as possible and do not use a hair dryer until your hair is completely dry. Dermatologist: If daily shampooing has not controlled your "dandruff" it may be more than dandruff and it would be time to consult a dermatologist to rule out other conditions, such as psoriasis. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Use just a simple cleansing shampoo to start, and see a dermatologist for diagnosis. Or use HealthTap Prime &upload pictures. Good luck, & thanks for asking Health Tap! ...Read more
