See a sleep doc: Sounds like you have pc os. Which can be accompanied by sleep apnea. I think it would warrant a visit with your family practitioner followed by a referral to a sleep doctor. This is not normal. Sleep apnea will likely need to be ruled out by either a homestudy or overnight polysomnogram. If you have recently been sick with a respiratory infection, use oral contraceptives or recently traveled distance by plane or car it may be related to that.
