Yes: If by "TVG" you mean a "tricuspid valve gradient" of 11, this is abnormal (especially if it's the mean gradient) and indicates tricuspid stenosis which is often an accompaniment of rheumatic mitral stenosis. Either or both can cause pulmonary hypertension, Right Ventricular Hypertrophy, RV failure with swollen ankles and S.O.B. - see a cardiologist!! (or see another one). ...Read more

Need exam: Any testicular mass especially at your age warrants further evaluation, a sonogram needs to be done. There area different things should be considered- besides testicular cancer- including inflammation, testicular torsion, hernia, fluids collection etc. I am not sure why you have shortness of breath-may be related to the pain or may be completely different reason.
