Is there a correlation between the following data : ECG> RVH; Echo> Trivial TR TVG 11 mmHg; SVT episode; swollen ankles, shortness of breath. Concern?
Yes: If by "TVG" you mean a "tricuspid valve gradient" of 11, this is abnormal (especially if it's the mean gradient) and indicates tricuspid stenosis which is often an accompaniment of rheumatic mitral stenosis. Need exam: Any testicular mass especially at your age warrants further evaluation, a sonogram needs to be done.
