Maybe/not: The frenulum under the tongue has a variable length at birth and tends to stretch out some with age.As long as the kid can get the tip of the tongue over the bottom teeth it is unlikely to cause a problem forming words. The forskin arround my glanus is too tight is there any solution besides circumcision. I believe my fernulum is too short hence I am not able to retract it when errect but am able to do so when flaccid. Can the frenulum be surgically cut or lengthene?
