Tsh in "normal" range so not technically hypothyroid. Some would argue that TSH should actually be lower.
I would repeat this in a few months. If normal again would stop worrying. If abnormal diagnosis is clear.

It is almost impossible to believe that you have been exposed to 25 Psychiatric meds. That said, I am confident you did not make this up.

I'm not 100% clear?: On what it is that you would like to know, but I think you are concerned that your itching and back pain are potentially related to hypothyroidism. That is a legitimate concern if your hair is especially thin and brittle, if you have very dry skin, and if your depressive symptoms have worsened despite medication.
