Don't worry be happy: If it comes back, then yes, seek a neurologist for further workup. If it never comes back, it could be myriad things *but it went away*, so likely it will never bother you again. Red flags to warrant concern, among others, could include change in vision, vertigo or disequilibrium, headache that comes with change of position, or neck pain radiating into the head, arms or back. ...Read more

Head Pain: Any kind of head pain that results from trauma of this sort should be evaluated by at minimum a ct scan of the brain. If there is concern about radiation, MRI would be even better. Muscle tension: Sounds like you have some muscle tension from maintaining an unnatural posture for a prolonged period of time. Give the devices a rest, or put them on a stand so you don't have to hold them, and use some heat and gentle stretching to relax the muscles. It may take several days to feel better. I have a small lump in my forehead, it's hard and feels like it's on a nerve because when I press on it and try to move it sometimes, I get a shooting pain through my head. Headaches occur sometimes too ?

Have it checked out!: There are plenty of nerves on the face compared to the rest of the body. So anytime there's a lump, bump, acne, scrape, or lesion, it's painful! So, best to have it checked out by your doctor to physically examine it, and see if it needs further investigation or imaging.
