Most likely a cavity: It seems that you have a cavity. Any damage to the tooth that exposes the interior of the tooth is going to result in the type of pain you have. Even though you can have a cavity and not experience symptoms till later. Possible gum disease exposing the roots or too much pressure on a tooth can also cause pain. Need an examination with xrays for possible hidden issues. ...Read moreSee 3 more doctor answers
A warning sign: Pain is your body's way of saying stop! of course, not all pain signals something bad, nor are all therapeutic procedures painless. However, there is nothing therapeutic about downing a lot of beer into a stomach that hurts. A reasonable assumption is that your stomach is already inflammed, so beer just irritates further an already irritated stomach lining. Stop drinking, & please get evaluated. ...Read more
? salivary blockage: Most likely not, but also make sure you do not use qtips. They are an instrument of the devil. Rare salivary blockage can do it. See if it is specific foods (ie sour). Rare rare reportable tumors can do it, but unlikely. ...Read more
Referred pain: The cold liquid is irritating the lining to the esophagus/stomach and it is causing a referred pain into the arm. Similar to a heart attack causing pain in the arm. If you have always had this, i wouldn't be concerned. If this is relatively new, you actually might have stomach ulcerations and/or esophageal irritation - again.. If new in onset - get it checked by a GI specialist. ...Read more

8 months of symptoms: It's time to see your doctor if you've had these symptoms that long! While I could speculate on some of your symptoms, a more complete history and definitely a physical exam are needed. The sour tasted, burning in chest/stomach, and nausea (feeling sick) could be many things (i.e. reflux, hiatal hernia etc) and your doctor can help figure it out. Good luck! ...Read more

3 days ago started feeling waves of tightness and discomfort in chest. Goes thru back, throat, jaw. 8secs, every min. Worst when drinking hot bevs. ?
What can cause pain behind right ear that radiates down neck into arm? Pain increases with inhaling and stops when holding breath. No cold symptoms.
Radiculopathy: Pain that radiates down the arm can reflect a cervical radiculopathy (shooting pains due to a pinched nerve in the cervical spine). I'm not sure what to make of the association with breathing, although conceivably a pancoast tumor (a tumor a the top of the lungs) could cause the constellation of symptoms you describe. A tumor would be very rare, but see your physician if symptoms persist. ...Read more
Burning and sharp pains in kidneys and redness in face gets worse when drinking alcohol feel tired and run down a lot any suggestions thanks?
See your doc!: Sounds like you may be drinking a bit too much. But it may also be an allergic reaction, or some problem with your kidneys. Alcohol can give you a great high, but the downward plunge afterwards can be devastating! you can experiment by avoiding alcohol for a couple of weeks and see if the symptoms fade. If not, please check with a medical doctor. ...Read more

Pain in center of chest when drinking feels like blockage, sharp pain same place when bending over with pressure?
Constant dry sensation in chest that comes and goes. I force coughs to soothe the sensation. Sometimes I get pain in my elbow when I force the coughs.
Difficult to say: Dry cough may come from allergies, throat problems, Rib problems (that may send pain to the arm/elbow), or "rebound" from your medications. Take your medications as prescribed, try sipping water to relieve your symptoms, try sweetened liquids too, and proceed to getting an examination if no results. Consult with your physician or pharmacist if allergies are possible. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer
