Right knee pain when bending to sit & bending to stand back up. No pain whilei sit, stand, walk ect. Exercise helps but 4 days+no exercise=pain. Why?

When I sit: 78
When I stand 2 min: 95
When I stand 10 min: 119
When I stand 20 min: 124
When I sit again: 64 (directly)
Not likely POTS: Of all the possibilities , most likely you are underweight and not eating nearly enough. it is not pure dehydration- just undernourishment . your baseline heart rate is low and you then have signs of your heart rate compensating to a low blood volume when you stand. you need to drink more now to get the volume up but most importantly you need to get help (without me knowing enough ) ...Read more

See your doctor: If these episodes are consistent, you may be having heart issues. Rapid changes in position can cause reduction in flow back to the heart that most people can compensate for, but you are not. You might need an echocardiogram to rule out heart issues.
