Mult.Myeloma relapsed after treatment with velcade (bortezomib), (bortezomib) melphalan&dexamethasone. Melphalan stopped in dec, velcade (bortezomib) in april. Now takes carfilzomib& dexamethasone fever39.5. No infections.What causes fever?
Fever could be side : Effects of the chemotherapeutic agents and steroids considering there's no blood infection. Tylenol (acetaminophen) should help control the fever. On arava (leflunomide) 20mg, enbrel 50mg weekly, methotrexate 25mg. Any other rheumatologist prescribed this for psoriasis/psor. Arthitis?I'm worried about my liver.

Check hepatitis B: The risk of reactivation of tuberculosis and hepatitis b when taking Remicade (infliximab) obligates pre-treatment testing. Live vaccines can not be accepted while on the drug.
