Without knowing if: ...you injured your shin at the same time, I can't tell you if the lump has anything to do with your ankle sprain. Bruising & swelling of the shin are particularly noticeable since there's so little "padding" between the shin bone and the skin. I sprained my ankle and hurt my shin on the same leg.Now everytime i wake up i feel intense pain on my right leg but then it goes away. What's going ?

Spasm is still there: If you're having sharp pains in the morning, it depends where you're having those pains that will determine what the problem is. Best if you go see your doctor, so they can do a physical examination of your affected leg.
