Rhinoplasty post op: Every surgeon is different in their post surgical instructions. I personally retain intranasal splints for less than one week and a splint on the nasal dorsum for 1 week or more. I have not found benefit from post operative massage maneuvers, but it will certainly not hurt, and may help. You will definitely find out with time.
