Maybe PID: Vaginitis, bacterial or fungal (candida/yeast), can be irritating/uncomfortable but generally should not be causing lower abd/pelvic pain and/or bleeding. Unfortunately stds are still very common and can be causing possible pelvic inflammatory disease, in your case. This may have devastating consequences (infertility). However, if you have a change in normal vaginal secretions especially if clumpy, malodorous and leading to vaginal itching, you could have a yeast infection or another type of vaginal infection.
