Absolutely!: Your symptoms are very worrisome of a major process going on in your pelvis and or abdomen. I would recommend you not delay being seen urgently/emergently for a proper diagnosis and treatment. Hope all goes well.

UTI or stone: Sounds like a urinary tract infection. May have some blood present causing the red/orange discoloration. A small stone in the bladder could cause - but those usu. Cause very severe pain, that passes after a day or so. They sell otc UTI test kits at the pharmacy that are pretty reliable, and if it shows nitrites - then it's pretty definite for a UTI which needs anti-biotics. Can try cranberry pills.

What could cause a sharp, stabbing pain in the pelvic area months after a total abdominal hysterectomy that left my ovaries?

Several things: An ovarian cyst could be present. An ultrasound would show that. You could have developed pelvic adhesions after the surgery. The pain could be related to your intestines, bowel function or constipation. These are some options you could discuss with your obgyn.

Right sided pain: Right sided abdominal pain can be a serious problem and should not be ignored. Possibilities include, appendicitis, gall bladder disease, kidney stones or ovarian disease. I am having stabbing pain in lower pelvic area for 2 days now, I have had a hysterectomy 15 years ago. What seems to be the problem?

Depends: Stabbing pain is unlikely related to a Hysterectomy from long ago. Think Kidney stone - especially if the pain doubles you over. Think bowel if it comes and goes with your diet and bowel movements. You need an examination and blood/urine test to sort it out.

What could be the cause of a pain w/numbness in the left pelvic (back to front pubic) area w/ stabbing pain where torso meets thigh?

What could be the cause of a pain w/numbness in the left pelvic (back to front pubic) area w/ stabbing pain where torso meets thigh?

Back lesion as cause: With a pinched nerve supplying that area of the body, due to arthritis, slip disk, injury or space occupying lesions in the spine. Another common problem is meralgia paraesthetica, where a nerve to the front & side of the thigh gets trapped under a tight ligament against the iliac bone (pelvis). The symptoms you mentioned are most likely due to it. See your orthopod for proper DX and treatment.
