Hi I have Si joint pain or piriformis, sharp pain in back, stabbing pain in thigh and calf it doesn't travel. Now stabbing pain in front ankle, related?
In my experience, "SI joint" and "Piriformis" syndromes are commonly over-diagnosed by mistake.
Instead, I do see a lot of cases of sciatica from degenerate discs and pinched nerves in the lumbar spine. From your description, I wonder if you might have a pinched L5 nerve in your lumbar spine.

Sharp stabbing pain on outside of rt. Leg calf ~5 CM below knee for 2 yrs. Started after going for a tennis shot. Neg. Mri back & calf. 55 yo female?
Need exam...: This is obviously difficult to answer w/o an examination. Gastroc muscle strain from 2 yrs ago should be healed by now unless u keep re- injuring it and could be missed possibly on MRI. Fibular stress fx., peroneal nerve injury and other less common diagnoses are in differential dx. See a board certified ors in your area for examination and/or get another opinion. Good luck! ...Read more
Sharp shooting, stabbing pain left leg when walking, arching back, straightening leg. Also numb in area. What can cause, why suddenly without injury?
Maybe: It's not out of the question, but wouldn't say it's typical. If it were behind the knee, i'd be more suspicious but by the time the veins get up to your thigh, they are on the inside of the leg, not the back. Nevertheless, I would ask your doctor and consider getting an ultrasound. ...Read more

I have been experiencing throbbing and stabbing pain on the back of my head on the left side only. I also have pain in my thighs if I stand too long.?
Two unrelated issues:
The pain in the back of your head sounds like occipital neuralgia. You may want to try sleeping on your right side with a memory foam pillow. A neurologist or interventional pain physician can do loal anesthetic blocks to confirm. Do NOT take opioids; they will always make it worse.
As for the thigh pain, this is clearly mechanical (nociceptive) pain. It may be poor posture, high heels, weight.. ...Read more
