Hi I have Si joint pain or piriformis, sharp pain in back, stabbing pain in thigh and calf it doesn't travel. Now stabbing pain in front ankle, related?

Sciatica?: In my experience, "SI joint" and "Piriformis" syndromes are commonly over-diagnosed by mistake.

Instead, I do see a lot of cases of sciatica from degenerate discs and pinched nerves in the lumbar spine. From your description, I wonder if you might have a pinched L5 nerve in your lumbar spine.

Sharp stabbing pain on outside of rt. Leg calf ~5 CM below knee for 2 yrs. Started after going for a tennis shot. Neg. Mri back & calf. 55 yo female?

Need exam...: This is obviously difficult to answer w/o an examination. Gastroc muscle strain from 2 yrs ago should be healed by now unless u keep re- injuring it and could be missed possibly on MRI. Fibular stress fx., peroneal nerve injury and other less common diagnoses are in differential dx. See a board certified ors in your area for examination and/or get another opinion.
