Took diflucan 150 7 days ago. Mild cramping pain in lower abd and shooting pain in hip area for 3 to 4 days now. Side effect?

Not from fluconazole: Fluconazole (Diflucan®) isn't a likely cause of these symptoms. I don't know what to make of hip pain. Low abdominal pain raises concern you might not have had a yeast infection. If the main symptom was discharge (with or without odor) without itching/irritation, maybe you had gonorrhea or chlamydia and now have a tubal infection (PID). But of course only possible if at risk for STDs. See doctor. ...Read more
