Sharp Shooting Pain In Hip
Had thr 8/2010 my foot slipped off edge of sidewalk and ever since I have sharp shooting pain in hip and some pain to the groin?
I have sharp shooting pain from my hip down through the leg. Sometimes above my knee through the leg feels like it's going through my bone. Could it be sciatica? I've had some tingling too and have been sitting a lot.
I'm getting a sharp shooting pain in my right hip is this due to my left leg being slightly shorterthan the other?
Sacroiliac: If there is a leg length discrepancy, there may be irritation of the sacroiliac joint. This would produce sharp, stabbing pain in the hip/ buttock which can radiate to the groin or upper leg. It would also cause you to lean on the opposite hip to relieve the stress. Other related causes include gluteal strain , and piriformis syndrome. ...Read more
I have a sharp shooting pain going from my right hip to my right knee what could it be should I be worried or see a doctor?
Took diflucan (fluconazole) 150 7 days ago. Mild cramping pain in lower abd and shooting pain in hip area for 3 to 4 days now. Side effect?
Not from fluconazole: Fluconazole (Diflucan®) isn't a likely cause of these symptoms. I don't know what to make of hip pain. Low abdominal pain raises concern you might not have had a yeast infection. If the main symptom was discharge (with or without odor) without itching/irritation, maybe you had gonorrhea or chlamydia and now have a tubal infection (PID). But of course only possible if at risk for STDs. See doctor. ...Read more

Bad pain in hip When moving or exercising sends shooting pain down leg esp bad when running had to stop exercising?
Lower back pain along with right buttock and right hip pain. Painful during movement. Looking down with chin on chest causes shooting pain down back.
Sciatica: Although there are several possibilities, one if the more common causes is a sciatica, which is an irritation of a nerve in the back that can cause pain that runs into the hip. When you lower your chin, it increases the pressure in the spinal canal and can aggravate the symptoms like you are describing. The hip and the SI joint are also potential causes. Don't hesitate to be seen. ...Read more
