Sounds urgent: I'm not sure how long this has been going on, but if it's been less than a a week, you should go to an emergency room asap. Even at age 33, diverticulitis is a possibility, as is a tubo-ovarian abscess. If it has present for more than a week, you may be able to sort it out as an outpatient, but don't wait.
