Frequent intense sharp pain in the fingers or toes and the back of the head which lasts from a few seconds to a minute. Should I worry?
See a DO doctor: Best to see an osteopathic physician to evaluate your structure/spine/neck. There are nerve root connections in the neck that can affect the fingers, as well as connections from the low back that affect the toes. That can easily be addressed. However, if you need a referral to a neurologist from your physician, for further evaluation, that is always an option too, as everything is connected.

Pinched nerve: Nerve impingement. Pain and sensation travel together down the nerve bundles. When there is compression of the nerves this results in pain, numbness, and tingling. A neurological examination, nerve test, and imaging studies will determine the location of the nerve impingement.See 3 more doctor answers
If I use my sharp finger nail and press it on a blood vessel at my foot very hard, will it snap and will it repair itself?
Maybe: If you do that to the veins you see on the top of your foot and apply enough sharp pressure you may indeed sheer it open. It will heal but you would end up with quite a black and blue swollen foot so why do it?

25f frequent back pains and spontaneous numbness in arm/hand/fingers/feet & toes! When I press on my lower spin above my butt crack it feels like pins and needles?
Sounds like nerve: Most likely condition would be a pinched nerve. The nerves that supply the feet stem from nerve branches traveling from the leg. The "pinch" could be from the back at its root, but it an also be locally due to musculature. Another thing to be checked is circulation because if blood flow is hampered to a an area, it can cause pain and reduce function in the nerves. Get checked properly.See 1 more doctor answer
