Right abd pain: Appendicitis is possibility but should get worse & more constant. Gas can commonly cause abd pain intermittently. Do u have belching, bloating, flatus? Could try gas-x or beano if occurs after gassy foods; or lactaid if occurs after dairy products. If constipated, increase fiber in diet &/or use fiber supplement with plenty of water to soften stool.
