My 2nd month having this sharp pain in my left side of stomach 1 time it felt like my insides were bein riped apart from my ribcage to my bellybutton?

Left stomach pain: May be gastritis./GERD with or without bacteria called H pylori . Could try ranitidine or prevecid and see if helps .
