Occasional, but almost daily lately throbbing and sharp throat pain. Also wrist veins throb. Could this be from crutch use?

Repetitive wrist motion: Can cause this, similar to carpal tunnel syndrome. Often if you're typing a lot, doing hours of computer work, or playing piano or an instrument for hours, you can tighten these areas in the midback, and shoulders where the the arm is receiving innervation from the cervical/thoracic nerve roots.
