Tendonitis: Ice it after you work out, make sure you don't do triceps exercises every day (switch body workouts day to day to allow for recovery), and consider some anti-inflammatory meds. Manyl possibilities: Could be muscle pain from irritation or trauma (including day to day activity). Could be irritation of a nerve to the area.
