Need more info: if you hit the back of your head this could be occipital neuralgia, another possibility is a pinched cervical nerve which can get more compressed with certain neck positioning (MRI C-spine would show it); if sharp pain is primarily below the hairline, this could also be a muscle strain at the back of the neck (worsening with neck flexion), need more information to help you figure this ...Read more

Can not pin point th: These symptoms are non specific for any condition. But if your symptoms are persisting still, then you shouild see your doctor for examination and perhaps have some tests to find the cuase. Headaches can cause nausea but if headache is severe and persistent you may need to have your head/brain checked with a ct scan or MRI scan of the brain. ...Read more
