Neck vs Head: This could be occipital neuralgia where the pain originates from the occipital nerves in the back of the head and travel over the top to right above the eye. The other option would be that this could be coming from your neck due to the high cervical facets at c2/3 and c3/4. Need more info: if you hit the back of your head this could be occipital neuralgia, another possibility is a pinched cervical nerve which can get more compressed with certain neck positioning (MRI C-spine would show it); if sharp pain is primarily below the hairline, this could also be a muscle strain at the back of the neck (worsening with neck flexion), need more information to help you figure this ...Read more

Can not pin point th: These symptoms are non specific for any condition. But if your symptoms are persisting still, then you shouild see your doctor for examination and perhaps have some tests to find the cuase.
