Hard to say: Cough or sneezing followed by abdominal pain could be consistent with pulled or strained abdominal wall muscle, hernia in the abdominal wall or even radiates from a pinched spine nerve. Diarrhea would be unusual in these, but you may have some component to of irritable bowel syndrome. if the answers to above are No....Try eating "lightly"over next 24hrs. i..no dairy spicy foods etc...be sure to drink water/teas etc so you don't get dehydrated....if no improvement, see your Dr..
