Sharp pain to left of navel/ belly button. Comes and goes. makes urination painful as pain gets sharper as I pee (sometimes doesn't though)?

Hard to say: This could be many things including referred pain from a bladder infection to even a hernia. If the pain is that significant, you have fevers, chills, sweat, nausea, problems keeping food/liquids down, blood in your urine or it has lasted for more than a week, I would strongly encourage you to be evaluated in person by a physician. Interesting...: The fact that you know you have a high white blood cell count when this occurs suggests you have had lab tests/evaluation at the time of symptoms. One is concerned about transient small bowel obstruction with this picture. Imaging with CT at the time of symptoms would offer the best chance at diagnosis.
