Can I have ovarian cysts? I have sharp pain in my pelvic area, they can last up to 20 minutes. They hurt the worse when i get upset..I tried taking ibprophen 200mg and taking hot baths and nothing is working...Can you help?

Late period hi, i recently was late on my period. I was having no symptoms like cramps just back pain. It is consistent every period days before i back pain and intense cramps. I was a few days late and all of a sudden felt a sharp pain in my pelvic area
