No: Appendicitis starts with about 8 hours of pain around the belly button, and then moves to the right lower abdomen, becomes sharper, and steadily more severe within 12-24 hours to the point that you can't stand it and go to the er. For gas bubble (relative constipation) look to see if your diet is full of fiber and minerals, exercise daily and drink water.
