Counseling

Marriage_counseling
You may try couples counseling to help communicate difficult topics. Some find that it is easier when there is a knowledgable and neutral authority present so this can be done in your doctor's office as well.

i have cronic pain starting lower back with sharp pain shooting down left leg. what could this be?

Disc issues?

Calf
When pain travels down a leg, especially if it goes below the knee, it is usually from a nerve in the back that is either chemicaly inflamed or mechanically compressed. Lumbar disc problems (bulging or herniated), spinal stenosis, arthritic irritation of the neighboring nerve, can inflame or lean on the nerve causing pain. Injections into these regions (Epidural, Facets, Nerve blocks) can help!

I have sharp pain going down my keft leg........ When I get up from sitting or laying I am having sharp pains shooting down my left leg, it starts in my lower back on the left side just below my waistline and shoots down my left leg and it hurts more wher

You

You may have ruptured disk. I would recommend seeing a physical therapist, but if you can not afford it you could try to look up McKenzie exercises on Youtube. If it worsens or does not improve you should really see a doctor. Good Luck!

What causes sharp pain in lower left abdomen, on left side of lower back, and on left leg down to the knee?

Pinched nerve

Knee
Sometimes this pain can be caused by a pinched or irritated nerve. Sometimes a pulled muscle can also cause this type of pain. If it persists or worsens seek medical attention.

After hemicolectomy, i feel a sharp pain from my lower back then travels down to my left leg?

Pinched nerve

Extremity-leg
It sounds like you have "sciatica" -- a pinched nerve where it comes out from the spinal cord between the spine bones. Surgery can keep you in an awkward position while you are asleep, and worsen a minor, not noticed problem that existed before surgery. You should see your primary provider for an examination and studies to make sure it is not something more serious, and to get treatment.

I am feeling a sharp pinching feeling inside my left inner thigh also sharp pain left lower back all the way down my leg,,what can it be??????

Disc Herniation

Low_back_pain
You almost certainly have a disc herniation in your low back leading to sciatica. Most of these (90%) will resolve with rest, light physical therapy and time (6-8weeks). However if you develop weakness or sensory loss you should see a neurosurgeon asap as this can require surgical treatment. An orthopedic surgeon is also an option but you'll need to ensure they have additional spine training.
