I have a sharp pain in my (R) shoulder blade causing my arm to be weak and I have a sharp pain in my forearm.Muscle relaxers don't work. Been a month.

You may have a : dislocation or worse depending if what popped meant it popped out of your joint, or ? If you've already called your doctor, and not heard back, you may need to ice the area until you can go to an urgent care or ER for further work up, X-rays and medical care. Sharp pain in forearm, only hurts when i lift something or try to bend my wrist back. I feel the pain on the top of my arm, in between the bones.

Hard to say: It could be a muscle cramp or an area of mild degenerative change to one of the tendons of the forearm(so called tendinopathy) to some irritation of one of the local nerves. I'm : I'm sorry to hear of your problem. I have a few questions that need to be addressed to better help you. Did you have a MRI of the cervical spine and emg? If so, what did they show? The prior doctor sounds as if he/she was describing a brachial plexopathy. While that might be the case your presentation would be odd. True neurogenic thoracic outlet syndrome (tos) is more commonly seen in women when congenital. More common is a traumatic cause (i.e. Motorcycle accident, gunshot wound...). The differential diagnosis includes median nerve entrapment at the pronator teres muscle and/or carpal tunnel syndrome.
