Brief intense sharp pain in right earlobe. Pain pulses, lasts 5 to 30 seconds. Twisting head and neck to left sometimes helps. Had this all my life
Hard to say: I would start with a ear, nose and throat specialist. This could be anything from a a tumor near the ear canal (ocoustic neuroma) to chronic otitus (an inflammation inside the middle ear). You might need an MRI or ct to start the diagnostic process.
