Horrible sharp pain in leg. Inside of right leg. Comes and goes. Only lasts a few seconds. No other symptoms. Not swollen, not warm. Could it be dvt?

That's often tender: area normally. The teres major and minor (side muscles of the chest) are normally tender by the ribs, and is not a problem. If your pectoralis major, minor (breast muscles) are tight, these become even more pronounced. Usually, we are not pressing ourselves there much, so it's not noticeable or bothersome. Suspected brown recluse bite yesterday afternoon, been 21 hrs ago, about 10 minutes ago, sharp pain under armpit.....could it be related?
