I just found out I have lupus, i've been a smoker now im quitting i've had sharp pains in my head that come and go. No high BP tho. Casoconstriction?

Okay sudden break out of sores on the back of my head, with having lupus could it be just a flare or change of seasons cause these flare ups?
Would lymphoma cause like just one or 2 palpable nodes or like many through out neck and head? Or if all over would it be more like lupus?

I have lupus and scleroderma and now I'm being tested for osteonucrosis but it doesn't explain the pain I have everyday in my head, neck and back.

Who feels fluid?: Do you mean you feel his head and neck and you feel something like fluid and swelling, or he feels like there is fluid inside his head?
