Likey muscular: If the pain lasts less than 5 minutes at a time and/or you can make it worse or better by moving upper chest or arms then it is likely muscular in origin or even a pinched nerve. Tylenol or ibuprofen for a short time period of less than a week should be enough. Longer than that should be looked at by your doctor.
