No: Sounds more like nerve pain. Your pancreas is in your upper abdomen. If your pain changes or if you have other symptoms; such as vomiting, fever, swelling in your groin or blood in your stool you should be seen at the hospital. Make an appointment to see your MD. Possible stress?: When you say that your doctors do not see anything does that mean they have done endoscopies for the stomach and do not see ulcers? Have they done barium swallow's and not seen anything abnormal in the esophagus or elsewhere in the G.I. tract? Is there are no hiatal hernia on imaging exams or anything else? Have you been extremely stressed out or nervous about a particular thing recently? ...Read more

Ulcerative colitis: Low abdominal pain could be from many different causes but in a patient with a history of uc i'd certainly be concerned about a flare-up. When's the last time you had a colonoscopy? It's probably time to see you gastroenterologist. ...Read more

Need to see MD: Regardless of your age these symptoms are always of concern and you should see your physician or if severe and acute go to an er. At 26 years of age the probability of something serious is low but not unhead of. Bladder spasms?: Probably should still get a urine test to be sure no infection. If crampy, sharp and intense pain, particularly if bladder very full, or just emptied (especially when was very full) may be bladder spasm. Try to urinate more often and at slightly slower pace for couple of days and see if pain resolves. ...Read more
