No: Sounds more like nerve pain. Your pancreas is in your upper abdomen. Possible stress?: When you say that your doctors do not see anything does that mean they have done endoscopies for the stomach and do not see ulcers? Have they done barium swallow's and not seen anything abnormal in the esophagus or elsewhere in the G.I. tract? Is there are no hiatal hernia on imaging exams or anything else? Bladder spasms?: Probably should still get a urine test to be sure no infection. If crampy, sharp and intense pain, particularly if bladder very full, or just emptied (especially when was very full) may be bladder spasm.
