Horrible sharp pain in leg. Inside of right leg. Comes and goes. Only lasts a few seconds. No other symptoms. Not swollen, not warm. Could it be dvt?

Not necessarily: A calf with a DVT can be red and swollen but it certainly doesn't have to be. Redness with dvts is actually fairly uncommon. Swelling and pain is more typical but sometimes you might only have one or the other or neither. Knee vs back?: From this description, it is hard to say for sure. Your prior knee event suggests maybe and injury to the soft tissues outside, or inside the knee. The burning and sharp pain up leg may not fit well with this, yet a more detailed history and physical exam would be useful with your PCP, an orthopedist, or Physiatrist.
