Not necessarily: A bicornuate uterus or septated uterus can indeed appear "heart-shaped" but I have many patients who conceive normally & only discover the uterine anomaly at c-section or other surgery. You have a higher chance of a breech presentation at delivery (less room for the infant to turn) or preterm labor for the same reason. No reason to worry unless you have a large septum.
