Shakiness: Normally neuropathy causes numbness, tingling, or sometimes a feeling of burning or impaired temperature sensation. See a physician: You should consult a physician. Who can examine you and run some lab test to rule out other causes of weakness and tremors like anemia hyperthyroidism and medications.I guess that you may be suffering from dehydration, hypokalemia or hypoglycemia which is causing your symptoms. In the meantime you cut back on all caffeine nicotine and alcohol intake. See your internist for work up asap. ...Read more

Symptoms, tests nl: (nl=normal) It's tough to explain the cause of your symptoms, especially with a normal MRI of the brain, neuro exam and EMG. What about blood tests? What about other symptoms? There is probably a missing clue somewhere. It's not clearly in the neck. Anxiety can cause this too, but that is hard to prove. ...Read more

ANXIETY LIKELY: Considering all your symptoms and negative exam and other tests like MRI,EMG and blood test.It is more likely to be due to anxiety. But I see you are getting behavior therapy,and Cymbalta (duloxetine) which is used for Depression/generalized anxiety disorder I will advice to continue to be followed up by your therapist and psychiatrist for your symptoms Good luck ...Read more
